You can add a trip by logging in to flightview and click on the My Trips tab at the top of the screen. On the My Trips page, if you have no trips, click on the blue 'Add New Trip' button to create a trip. If you already have some trips, on the My Trips page, click on the '+ Add Trip' link in the orange header of the trip list table. When you click on either one, you will navigate to the Trip Info page for your new trip with a default Trip Name, Start Date and End Date. You can change these or accept them by simply clicking on the Trip Details tab or navigating to any other page. On the trip Details page, you can click on the '+ Add Flight' link to add a flight to your new trip

Either from the ‘+ Add Flight’ link within the Trip, or from the Flight Tracker functionality, search for the flight either ‘By Flight’ or ‘By Route’ and select a unique flight. When the flight is selected, use the ‘Add to trip’ button to add that flight to a trip. You will be presented with a list of your trips to add the flight to, select the required trip.

You can delete a trip on the My Trips page by clicking on the 'Action' drop-down menu next to the trip you want to delete and select 'Delete'.

You can delete a flight from a trip on the Trip Details page. Start by clicking on the My Trips tab; then click on the trip that contains the flight you want to delete to go to Trip Details. On the Trip Details page, find the flight you want to delete and click on the 'Action' drop down menu; then select 'Delete'.

You can go to the detailed flight status for a flight in your trip from the Trip Details page. Start by clicking on the My Trips tab; then click on the trip that contains the flight you care about to go to the Trip Details page. Then either click on the flight's blue Flight Name to go to the detailed flight status page or click on the 'Action' drop down menu and then select 'Track Flight' to go to it.

You may search for flights scheduled up to 350 days into the future and save them to your trips.

There is currently no functionality in New Flightview to automatically create trips of an itinerary. This functionality is on our roadmap for future delivery. To complete this, simply follow the instructions in ‘How do I add a trip?’ and add your itinerary flights to that trip.

We’ve launched a new version of Flightview across web, iOS, and Android and this also introduces increased security to your account. In order to make use of this and to continue using your account, you’ll need to:

Please note: The old version of the app will be retired soon, so we recommend updating now to avoid any disruption.

All current and future data trips have been migrated to new Flightview and will be imported for you the first time you go to the My Trips page after signing in. Historic trips have not been migrated.
