Web
Log in to Flightview and click on the 'My Trips' tab at the top of the screen. On the My Trips page, click on the '+ Add Trip' button to create a trip. You can then edit the details of your Trip with a Trip Name, Start Date and End Date and any Notes relevant to you, then clicking the 'Add Trip' button to create it. You will now be in that specific Trip where you can click '+ Add a flight'.

App
Log in to Flightview and click on the 'Trips' tab at the bottom of the screen. On the Trips page, tap the '+' icon at the top right of the screen to create a trip. You can then edit the details of your Trip with a Trip Name, Start Date and End Date and any Notes relevant to you, then tapping the 'Save' button at the top right of the screen. You will now be in that specific trip where you can tap the '+' icon at the top right of the screen to add a flight.

Web
Within the 'Flight Tracker' tab, you can select to search 'By Flight' or 'By Route' depending on the information you have, and click the yellow button to get your result(s). Click the 'Status' of your desired flight. You can then click the 'Add to trip' button. If you have Trip(s) created, you can select and add to these. If you do not yet have any Trip's created, you can click the 'Add new trip' button, following the steps to create a Trip. Then you can click 'add flight to trip'.

Within the My Trip tab, select the Trip you want to add a flight to. Click '+Add a flight' where you will then see the Flight Tracker and follow the steps above.

App
Within the 'Track' tab, you can select the tabs to search 'By Flight' or 'By Route' depending on the information you have, and click the yellow button to get your result(s). Select the flight and tap 'Save' in the top right corner. You will then be prompted to 'Save to a New Trip' or 'Save to Existing Trip' and can follow the one that best applies to you.

Within the Trip tab, select the Trip you want to add a flight to. Tap the '+' icon in the top right of the screen to add a flight and follow the steps above.

Web: Within the 'My Trips' tab, click the Trip you wish to delete. Click the trash can icon at the right side of the Trip name and dates.

App: Within the 'Trip' tab you can;

1. Swipe left on the Trip you wish to delete and a red trash can icon will appear. Tap this to delete.
2. Select a Trip. Tab to 'Info'. Tap the 'Delete trip' button.

Web: Within the 'My Trips' tab, click the Trip with the flight(s) you wish to delete . Click the trash can icon at the right side of the Flight, per flight you wish to delete.

App: Within the 'Trip' tab you can;

1. Swipe left on the Flight you wish to delete and a red trash can icon will appear. Tap this to delete.
2. Select the yellow trash can at the top left of the screen. This enables you to select multiple flights to delete at once. Tap the row of the flight(s) you wish to delete. The tap 'Delete X flight(s). With X representing the number of flights selected.

Web
Within the 'My Trips' tab, choose your Trip. You can see Status information per flight listed. For more details click a specific flight and you will see the detailed flight status information, including the option to share your flight.

App
Within the 'Trip' tab, you can see your trips with a basic view of the flights and Status. For more details click a specific flight and you will see the detailed flight status information, including the option to share flight, add to calendar and turn on notifications.

You can search for flights scheduled up to 350 days into the future and save them to your trips to track.

This feature isn’t currently available.
We know that emailing an itinerary to create a Trip was a helpful option in the past, and we’re looking into bringing it back in the future.

Whether you're using the Web or App, you can use the “Forgot Password?” option to reset the password linked to your email address.

If the reset doesn’t work, please double-check that you're using the correct email associated with your Flightview account. In some cases, users have found that their App Store email was used instead.

If you’re still unable to access your account after trying these steps, it’s possible the account was removed due to a potential security issue and no longer exists. Please note that no security breach occurred — this action was taken as a precaution to help protect user data.

Step 1: To ensure you receive notifications select a flight within your Trips. Tap the 'Info' tab and toggle Notifications ON

Step 2: Ensure your device receives these notifications you will need to update your notification settings. You can follow the guides below to ensure these are correctly set up

Step 3: Switch off any Do Not Disturb settings as these could block notifications

This is related to your device’s accessibility settings. The Flightview app respects the device system settings for text/font size to support accessibility preferences.

Reducing the font size on your device should help resolve the display issue. If you need help adjusting these settings, you can refer to the guides below:

That said, we are working on a future update that will better balance respecting user settings while preventing the app from becoming difficult to use due to excessively large text.

We’ve increased account security across web, iOS, and Android. This requires an update to your password to ensure data integrity.

Any upcoming trips will still be available once you sign in.

All current and future data trips have been migrated.

Historic trips have not been migrated.

Flightview Elite was a separate legacy app that is no longer maintained or supported, and has not been transferred to Flightview.
